Lucky PK Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

By accessing and using the Lucky PK platform — whether on a mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other supported device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is binding from the moment you complete registration or begin using any Lucky PK service.

Lucky PK reserves the right to update these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address on their account or through a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of Lucky PK after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, your recourse is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

These terms apply to all Lucky PK products, including the online casino (slots, live dealer games, roulette, baccarat), the sports and PSL betting section, promotional offers, the refer a friend programme, and all associated payment and account services.

To register and use Lucky PK, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky PK operates as a strictly 18+ platform. If we have reasonable cause to believe an account holder is under 18, that account will be immediately suspended and any balance held pending verification of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or automated entity) registering on your own behalf.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of Lucky PK, or a member of their immediate family.

By registering, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Misrepresentation of eligibility is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Lucky PK account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same payment method, same device, or same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Lucky PK employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are detected, all accounts may be suspended and bonuses forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number or email address, and any other information requested during registration or verification. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

Lucky PK may at any time request identity verification documents — including a copy of your CNIC, utility bill, or payment account confirmation — to comply with our anti-money laundering and know-your-customer obligations. Withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your Lucky PK login credentials confidential. Do not share your username, password, or OTP with any third party. Lucky PK will never ask you for your password via email or support chat. Any unauthorised access to your account should be reported immediately. Lucky PK is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security.

3.5 Account Closure

You may close your Lucky PK account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure. If self-exclusion is your reason for closing, inform the support team so the appropriate restrictions can be applied to prevent re-registration.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

Lucky PK accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Lucky PK does not accept payments from third-party accounts — the payment account must match the name on the Lucky PK account.

4.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal

The minimum deposit is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified for specific promotions. Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply per transaction or per day depending on the payment method; see the Deposit and Withdrawal page for current limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Lucky PK targets withdrawal processing within 5–30 minutes for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and within 15–60 minutes for bank transfers during normal operating hours. These are targets, not guarantees — delays may occur during system maintenance, high-volume periods, or when additional verification is required. Lucky PK will communicate any delays that affect a specific withdrawal request.

4.4 Bonus Balance vs Real Balance

Funds derived from bonuses remain as "bonus balance" until any applicable wagering requirement is completed. Real-money deposits are held as "real balance" and can be withdrawn at any time subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and verification requirements. When a bet is placed, real balance is used first unless you have no real balance remaining.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Lucky PK is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. Deposits must come from verified sources. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence checks. Where Lucky PK has grounds to suspect money laundering or financial crime, we are obligated to report to relevant authorities and may freeze the account pending investigation without prior notice to the account holder.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers at Lucky PK are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. These general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise. By claiming any bonus, you accept both these general terms and the promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the total amount of bets that must be placed before the bonus (or winnings derived from it) become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying bets). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are published on the promotions page.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements expire as specified in the individual offer terms. Lucky PK will send a reminder notification before a bonus expires where possible, but the responsibility for claiming and using bonuses before their expiry lies with the player.

5.4 Refer a Friend Bonuses

Referral bonuses earned through the Lucky PK refer a friend programme are subject to a 5x wagering requirement. Referral bonuses are only credited when a genuinely new player registers via your referral link, makes their first deposit of Rs 500 or more, and places their first real-money bet. Self-referral (creating a second account to refer yourself) is treated as fraud and results in both accounts being permanently suspended.

5.5 Bonus Abuse

Lucky PK monitors for patterns of bonus abuse — including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed exclusively to clear wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting errors in bonus calculations, or colluding with other players to abuse promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, Lucky PK reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and close the account.

5.6 Modifications to Promotions

Lucky PK may modify, pause, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is active and you are mid-way through meeting its conditions, we will honour the terms under which you began participating unless the modification is required to prevent fraud or exploitation.

6.1 Accepted Bets

A bet placed on Lucky PK is only accepted once you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation that the bet has been recorded. Network interruptions, browser crashes, or disconnections prior to that confirmation mean no bet was placed. Lucky PK is not responsible for bets that fail to register due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

6.2 Bet Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where Lucky PK's own cash-out feature is available for that specific market. Lucky PK may void bets where: an obvious pricing error occurred; a game malfunction affected the outcome; the event was cancelled before starting; or fraud or match manipulation is suspected.

6.3 Maximum Payout

Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across Lucky PK products. Current limits are displayed on the relevant game or market. Bets that exceed the maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount regardless of the stated odds. Lucky PK reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

6.4 Casino Game Results

All Lucky PK RNG (Random Number Generator) casino game results are determined by certified random number generation systems. The outcome of each round is independent of previous rounds. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.

6.5 Sports Betting

All PSL and cricket betting markets at Lucky PK are governed by sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section. Where these general terms conflict with sport-specific rules on a specific matter, the sport-specific rules take precedence for that matter.

Lucky PK maintains a zero-tolerance policy for the following conduct. Any account found engaged in prohibited behaviour will be suspended and the matter reviewed, with outcomes including permanent closure and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per person, sharing accounts with another person, or operating accounts on behalf of others.
• Fraud and chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after using funds to place bets. Such actions are treated as theft and will be reported to the relevant payment provider and authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with Lucky PK games.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including soft-playing in poker, chip dumping, or any other agreed-upon manipulation.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, incorrectly priced odds, or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are void.
• Identity misrepresentation: Using false identity documents, providing incorrect personal information, or impersonating another person during registration or verification.

Lucky PK takes responsible gaming seriously as an operational commitment, not just a regulatory requirement. We offer the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take 7 days to apply.
• Loss limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a set time period.
• Session time limits: Restrict how long a single gaming session can last before you are automatically logged out.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net result.

Lucky PK uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance wherever possible. Unplanned outages are handled as quickly as possible. Lucky PK is not liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability, except where such unavailability was caused by our gross negligence.

Game malfunctions — including software errors that produce an incorrect result — void all related bets. Lucky PK will refund the staked amount for bets affected by confirmed game malfunctions. We do not guarantee winnings that would have been generated had the malfunction not occurred.

Lucky PK reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months
• Account holder request (voluntary closure)

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be held securely. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated or the balance returned via the original payment method. Where fraud is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.

Inactive accounts (no login for 12 months) may be charged an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month once the inactivity threshold is reached, deducted from the account balance. Lucky PK will notify you before this fee applies. You can prevent it by logging in and placing at least one bet per year.

Lucky PK may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify players of material changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before changes take effect for significant amendments. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without advance notice.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available at this URL. The "Last Updated" date at the top of the page reflects when the most recent revision was published. Players are responsible for reviewing the terms periodically. Continued use of Lucky PK following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and Lucky PK, we ask that you first contact our support team to attempt an informal resolution. The majority of disputes are resolved at this stage within 48 hours.

For unresolved disputes, Lucky PK operates an internal escalation process. You may request that a complaint be escalated to our compliance team by sending a written description of the dispute to our support email. Lucky PK commits to acknowledging escalated complaints within 3 business days and providing a formal response within 14 business days.

Lucky PK game results, including RNG-determined outcomes, are final once confirmed on screen. Results cannot be challenged on the basis that the player "should have won" or that a different outcome was statistically expected. Claims of technical error or malfunction must be supported by evidence (screenshots, session logs) provided within 72 hours of the disputed event.
